What you’ll be doing as an Operations Manager

Lead and manage your team to uphold exceptional standards across the development.
Play an active role in recruiting, training, and developing team members while adhering to operational and HR policies.
Work closely with other site teams to oversee contractor and contract management, ensuring efficient execution.
Support the development’s asset management initiatives.
Assist with site mobilisation, collaborating with clients, support teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Take responsibility for maintaining Health & Safety standards at the development.
Partner with colleagues, clients, and contractors to uphold robust health, safety, and risk management practices.
Contribute to the financial management of the development alongside the wider team.

Skills and Requirements

Shift Pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off, 7am - 7pm.
Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating teams.
Expertise in recruiting, mentoring, and developing team members.
Proficiency in managing contracts and coordinating with contractors.
Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and risk management protocols.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
Familiarity with financial processes related to property management.
A proactive mindset, ensuring smooth operations and resolving issues efficiently.
