The Role:

Job Title: Employee Relations Advisor– 12 month FTC

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000(DoE)

Location: London – Hybrid working

What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

Advise and guide managers on ER issues
Manage ER case work including but not limited to investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, absence managements and employment tribunal cases
Track and monitor ER trends and present findings to the wider HR team
Keep up to date with employment law changes and flag any company policies and procedures that need updating
Produce any ER-related documents as required

What is the company looking for?

Demonstrable knowledge of Employment Law and experience managing ER cases
Experience working in a large, professional services firm is highly desirable
Strong HR generalist exposure is a plus
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
