As our Events Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth event operations, working closely with multiple departments and team members to create successful, seamless events. Your focus will be on supporting a collaborative environment, where everyone works together to exceed customer expectations and create memorable experiences. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members across various departments, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure events run smoothly from setup to close down.
Coordinate with the creative events team, event personnel to ensure that event timings and expectations are met.
Work closely with both in-house and agency staff to ensure efficient teamwork, providing guidance and support to achieve the highest standards.
Facilitate clear communication among all event team members, ensuring that everyone understands their roles and responsibilities.
Deliver outstanding service during events, continuously working with your team to exceed customer expectations.
Address any issues or concerns by coordinating with other departments, ensuring a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
Oversee event close down and work together with the team to prepare for the next event.
Ensure all team members follow checklists and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain high standards and consistency.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Proven experience in event coordination or management, preferably within a fast-paced or high-profile environment.
Team-oriented mindset with excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work with various departments and staff levels.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively as part of a team.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with team members, customers, and external partners.
Ability to remain calm and work effectively under pressure, demonstrating problem-solving skills in a collaborative way.
Flexibility to work varied hours based on event schedules.
