Responsibilities:

Mubadala Capital is currently seeking a highly motivated individual for a 6-12 month internship, ideally starting in January 2025, with the Global Human Capital team. The primary responsibilities of this role include:

Supporting the day-to-day operational needs of the Human Capital function
Supporting new initiatives and projects to help the ever-evolving Global Human Capital strategy
Working across each of the Human Capital pillars, from talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, learning, compensation & benefits, HR technology, wellness, CSR and diversity, equity & inclusion
Conducting research and presenting market trends to the Human Capital leadership team

Required Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, or related
Any experience in human resources across professional services, investment banking, consulting, private equity, or venture capital.
Strong written and presentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Builder mind-set, innovative thinker, solutions-oriented and strong problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Intellectually curious
Self-starter with a can-do attitude who can independently deliver work
