Role Overview:

A great opportunity has arisen for a talented Recruitment & DEI Advisor to join the London office of a global law firm. This exciting role is perfect for someone either with a recruitment background interested in DEI, or a keen eye for data, who is passionate about fostering inclusion within a dynamic team. Working closely with senior HR and DEI leaders, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting recruitment operations and DEI initiatives across the London office and beyond. The ideal candidate will bring excellent communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills to this dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide recruitment and DEI support, collaborating with HR, DEI and Recruitment professionals.
Manage data requests, track recruitment metrics, and generate reports to inform key initiatives.
Organize and support DEI events, liaising with affinity groups and external vendors.

Experience & Skills:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a recruitment or advisor role within a law firm, with a commercial mindset and awareness of market trends.
Technical Skills: Strong Excel and data management skills. Skilled in presenting complex data in clear, accessible formats for various stakeholders.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders efficiently and with sensitivity. Cross-cultural awareness
