A Monday-Friday working pattern is just one of the attractions of a PWP lead role with Talking Therapies.
We are looking for qualified B6 Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner Team Lead to join our friendly team. We cover six localities across the county, all within about 40 minutes of our central hubs in Bracknell and Reading. This will be a Permanent post as a floating Lead across all 6 sites.
- Currently, we are doing a mix of office and home working, in order to support staff preference and also service need.
We are a Talking Therapies service that leads on innovation, boasting a preceptorship programme for our staff, allowing them to have a clear progression plan and develop in their career with us.
- Providing high volume low intensity interventions using cognitive behavioural therapy for mild to moderate anxiety and depression
- The opportunity to work closely with the Step 2 Quality and training lead to support the clinical caseloads of the trainee PWPs and on occasion the Qualified PWPs through case management and clinical supervision, and manage their workloads through Line Management Supervision in order to assist the PWP Team Co-ordinator to manage waiting lists and capacity within the low intensity service.
