Job Description
- Support the Senior Experiences Manager with planning and executing events tailored for Partners and prospective Partners.
- Assist in managing the Experiences programs, delivering a top-tier experiences for Partners and VIP attendees.
- Bring creative ideas to the table to enhance event concepts and align them with stakeholder objectives.
- Coordinate concierge services, including accommodation, transportation, and guest assistance.
- Oversee arrangements such as transfers & dinner bookings
- Work with external vendors to ensure their services meet event requirements and standards.
- Assist with managing budgets and tracking event-related data.
- Provide exceptional on-site event support, addressing guest needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Manage our online event registration system.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in event coordination or hospitality-related roles.
- Event agency background preferred
- Experience with working with luxury brands preferred
- Strong MS office skills
- A self-starter who manages their time efficiently across multiple projects

- Basic knowledge of event planning processes, and creative elements
- Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
