We are seeking a Junior Recruiter/Recruiter to join our People & Culture team on a 6 month fixed-term contract.
In this role, you will support the recruitment process across the club, working closely with the team to identify and attract talented individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, and networking to find a diverse pool of candidates for various roles
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screenings and support hiring managers with interview scheduling and feedback.
- Job Advert Creation: Assist with the creation and posting of engaging job ads that accurately reflect role requirements
- Database Management: Maintain an up-to-date and organised candidate database.
- Onboarding Support: Help ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Administrative Support: Provide support with recruitment documentation, reporting, and scheduling.
What We Are Looking For in You:
- In-house recruitment experience is essential
- Strong communication skills
- Organisational ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work flexibly
- Strong attention to detail and a collaborative attitude
