No expense is spared in the pursuit of the most inclusive and diverse working environments across the world, and they are currently looking to appoint a proactive snr advisor to develop, implement and assess the impact of initiatives in their London office.
The successful candidate will be an experienced diversity and inclusion expert, and will come from a law firm, with current knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices.
The snr advisor will be an integral part of the team, working on initiatives aligned with the professional talent pipeline, workplace inclusion and business support verticals of the firm's diversity and inclusion strategy. This will involve working alongside lawyers at all levels, as well as colleagues in Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, Marketing and Communications and Human Resources.
