The Opportunity
Are you obsessed with all things PR, influencer marketing, and events? Do you dream of working on high-profile store openings, buzzworthy brand campaigns, and exclusive product launches? At Sephora UK, our PR & Events Internship puts you right at the heart of the action. From supporting show-stopping events to shaping impactful PR strategies, you’ll gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced beauty industry—working alongside some of the biggest names in the game.
You Will Also Be Responsible For
- Assisting in planning, organising, and executing events, including store openings, brand activations, and product launches.
- Providing on-the-ground support at events to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Identifying and building relationships with influencers, bloggers, and content creators within the beauty and lifestyle space.
- Supporting influencer outreach efforts, managing communication, and coordinating product seeding and gifting.
- Aiding in the development and execution of PR campaigns to promote new store openings, brand launches, and product innovations.
- Assisting in drafting press releases and other communication materials.
- Monitoring media coverage and compiling reports to assess campaign impact.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including Social & Brand, Affiliate Marketing, Merchandising, and Store Operations, to support PR and event-related projects.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines.
- A proactive attitude, using your initiative to tackle challenges head-on.
- A background or experience in Marketing, PR, or Events is a plus.
What You Need To Know
- You currently have the valid right to work in the UK.
- The internship is a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC), with an anticipated start date of July 2025.
- This role is based at SEPHORA HQ in Russell Square, London, and follows our Hybrid working policy of 3 days onsite per week
