As a
Global D&I Sr. Manager supporting
Alcon’s Global Diversity & Inclusion Strategy, you will be trusted to
provide D&I strategic consulting and
drive D&I action planning, D&I council leadership, and ERG engagement across Alcon’s top international markets.
Location EMEA (Preferred: UK, Barcelona, or Warsaw)
In this role, a typical day will include:
- Collaborating with regional HR teams, business leaders, and D&I councils to develop and implement D&I strategic action plans in Alcon’s top markets outside the U.S.
- Assessing the state of D&I at Alcon sites, leveraging data insights to identify opportunities for improving diversity representation and fostering an inclusive culture.
- Guiding and supporting Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and D&I Councils, ensuring alignment with Alcon’s enterprise D&I strategy.
- Partnering with Corporate Communications and country HR to enhance Alcon’s reputation as a D&I employer of choice through internal and external recognition efforts.
- Providing expert consulting on D&I training and education, working with HRBPs and L&D teams to develop impactful learning experiences.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of direct experience in Diversity & Inclusion, with a strong understanding of global D&I best practices.
- Proficiency in English (additional languages preferred).
- Exceptional communication, consulting, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels.
- Ability to travel internationally and work across multiple time zones.
