Salary: £24,000 Full Time Equivalent per annum
Hours: Part Time 22.5 hours per week
Location: ONSIDE Head Office, Worcester

The HR Administrator will provide support to the HR team in the daily running of the HR function which includes coordinating tasks such recruitment of staff and volunteers, staff inductions, onboarding and training. This will be through effective administration of key HR processes and being a first point of contact for HR and recruitment queries. Who are we looking for?
We are seeking an experienced and confident administrator, with previous experience of recruitment and onboarding. Someone who has excellent customer-service and is resourceful, proactive and patient, to be able to support their colleagues within the Worcester Head Office/Hereford Head Office, the wider organisation and be able to represent ONSIDE to potential employees and volunteers.
Your excellent organisational skills will enable you as a HR Administrator to plan and prioritise effectively, a flexible and creative approach to adapting to changing priorities. Along with having a process-oriented approach will be advantageous in ensuring HR processes and systems are maintained and actions are completed by key deadlines.
