This is an exciting opportunity to bring your administrative skills and experience to a team that is dedicated to supporting and progressing equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI). You will be part of a friendly and professional team of four staff within our People Department, in an institution that has inclusivity at our heart. In this varied role you will be responsible for the administrative aspects of a range of EDI activities for our staff. This includes organising training and events, organising and minuting meetings, administrating the EDI budget, maintaining our equality and diversity intranet pages and other platforms, and responding to queries to the team. To be successful in this role, you will need
- Organisation skills with previous experience either in office or team administration or in organising events, training or similar activities.
- The ability to work on your own initiative and to agreed deadlines,
- Clear written communication skills and the ability to develop effective networks
