The Role
We are looking for a
Project Coordinator to play a key role in the management and delivery of vital upgrades to our existing network infrastructure and facilities.
In this important role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring delivery projects and tasks within our club and you will also manage key internal stakeholder relationships.
Sitting within the Building and Technology Infrastructure PMO, you'll passionately collaborate with a wide range of internal colleagues and external vendors to ensure that upgrades and new implementations are delivered within the agreed time, cost, and quality parameters.

Your day-to-day
- Oversee critical projects end-to-end - you'll enthusiastically manage deliveries from initiation to closure, including scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk management
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders - you will take pride in teaming up with Project Managers, Network Engineers and vendors to define delivery requirements, specifications and deliverables
- Champion effective alliances - you'll be paramount in the facilitation of impactful communication and collaboration among stakeholders and colleagues
- Track and report on projects - you will eagerly monitor and review project progress, issues and risks and you'll escalate when necessary
- Assist with the implementations of required changes - you'll be on hand to support the team in evolving existing operations and delivering future growth
- Support project change procedures - you will diligently identify and track project change requests via agreed change forms and processes
- Communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders - you'll effectively distill complex technical information to help colleagues across our club understand with clarity
What We Are Looking For
- Background in project management - you come equipped with a track record in project management and have experience within a project delivery team with relevant construction and/or network understanding
- Understanding of key regulations - you're well versed in the important rules and regulations such as the Construction Design and Management Regulations
- Experience managing project deliveries - you've previously handled small project deliveries independently
- Proficient with a range of tools - you're proficient in using a range of project management tools and methodologies
- Best-in-class communicator and teamplayer - you've got excellent communication skills and are able to build impactful relationships in order to passionately collaborate with a range of colleagues
- Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills - you're easily able to prioritise an ever-changing workload and tackle complex issues head on
