A well-known, high end luxury interior design and architectural firm are looking for an extremely efficient team player to join their collaborative team as the Office Manager. A varied role, you will ensure for the smooth running of the office, be that first point of contact to clients and help the Directors with anything they need across the business.
Based in the gorgeous location of Chelsea, the ideal candidate will have plenty of initiative and be eager to work amongst a hardworking yet social creative environment.
Main responsibilities:
- Creating a warm and welcoming reception area
- Office Management
- Greeting guests and preparing meeting rooms
- Helping with IT enquires
- Ad hoc PA duties to the team of Directors
- Supporting events
