Who You'll Work With
Based in London, you will be part of the London key city and UK & Ireland territory marketing team. The candidate will sit within the Marketing Operations function, working fluidly across the Brand marketing team as well as key partners such as Finance. They will be working x-functionally, driving organisation & efficiency, while building relationships to fuel overall creative output in sport & culture. Reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager, the team will also consist of another Associate & Specialist.

Essential Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of NIKE products (footwear and apparel)
- Demonstrable interest in youth culture, and in working in an operations functional capacity
- Strong communication skills and a quick learner
- A desire & willingness to adapt in an agile fashion to our consumers' and organisation's need to deepen our relationships with members
- Experience with NIKE product systems is an advantage
- A team player

What You'll Work On
Reporting directly to the Manager Marketing Operations, London UK & Ireland, your core duties include supporting the team in management and preparation of the room (Room 72) where we host external talent and events as well as organising the product inventory & seeding. You will also support the wider marketing team in budget & product management, while supporting the Marketing Operations Manager in the seasonal marketing process.
Room 72 Space:
- Support the Specialist in the arranging & coordinating all meetings in RM72, while ensuring the space is an inspirational and premium environment
- Support the management of the inventory systems to facilitate product, distribution and release in product from Room 72 and warehouse
- Create & track sales orders to ensure team hit seeding dates as well as receiving and unpacking incoming product orders
- Build relationship with Energy and Brand Management team in order to be efficient and clear in product status updates and maximise on understand wider marketing team
Operations:
- Work with Marketing Manager on efficient budget management, including support with POs etc
- Provide product management support to the broader marketing team, with a focus on Energy & Brand Management teams
- Opportunity to work with Marketing Operations Manager in seasonal planning process across the wider marketing team, attending and organising key dates during campaign planning
