What You’ll Achieve Here
Strategic Oversight
As the Corporate HSE Head, you’ll lead the design and execution of HSE policies at a corporate level, ensuring every protocol meets the highest global and regional standards. With your insight, you’ll adapt strategies that address the unique demands of renewable energy.
Project Management
You’ll steer multiple large-scale projects across the renewable and EPC sectors, overseeing strict compliance with HSE regulations, identifying risks, and driving proactive safety measures that resonate across the organization. Your leadership will safeguard both the workforce and the project timelines.
Team Leadership
Imagine building and mentoring a diverse team dedicated to a safety-first culture. Through your guidance, this team will become a powerful asset, embedding safety practices that are respected and replicated across all project levels.
Stakeholder Collaboration

Are You Our Ideal Candidate?
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering preferred), with additional certifications in HSE Management considered a plus.
- Experience: 15-20 years in HSE roles, specifically within renewable energy or EPC projects, with proven experience in the GCC region.
