As the Head of People & Culture, you will play a key role in aligning people initiatives with business objectives while creating an environment where employees can thrive. You’ll oversee all aspects of HR, from talent acquisition and employee engagement to performance management and compliance, ensuring the organisation positions itself as an employer of choice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute a People & Culture strategy that aligns with organisational goals.
- Talent Management: Lead recruitment and retention efforts to attract and keep top talent, enhancing the employee lifecycle experience.
- Culture & Engagement: Foster an inclusive and positive workplace culture, implementing initiatives that promote engagement, well-being, and collaboration.
- Performance & Development: Design performance management frameworks and identify opportunities for employee development and growth.
- HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure policies and practices comply with UK employment laws while streamlining HR systems and processes.
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to staff, providing support and solutions to build strong team relationships.

Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 (potential flex for the right person) plus car allowance, bonus & benefits
