We are seeking a proactive and dedicated HR Coordinator and PA to the Head of People to join our HR team. This role offers a variety of responsibilities, including managing recruitment and onboarding, ensuring accuracy and compliance in personnel record-keeping, and supporting the wider HR team, Head of People (CJBS), and EDI Manager on key initiatives. Additionally, the successful candidate will be a key support for employees and line managers across the Business School.
The successful candidate will have previous HR experience, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong IT proficiency, experience in minute-taking, exceptional organisational skills, effective time management, and the ability to prioritise a diverse and evolving workload are essential for success in this role.
