We are seeking a
Diversity and Inclusion Administrator to join our team at

Do you have the organizational skills and drive to support meaningful change? We are seeking a dedicated Diversity and Inclusion Administrator to join our team and contribute to our commitment to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and empowered to thrive.
In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in implementing our D&I initiatives, coordinating programs, and providing essential administrative support to ensure our strategies are impactful and sustainable.

Experience And Knowledge
- Collect Complaints and process the DIRFs for investigation.
- DIRF administration
- Support prisoners D&I representatives and initiatives like the Buddy Scheme.
- Take minutes for forums and meetings, assisting with all D&I administration.
- Research and Plan for Diversity and Inclusion events, in line with the local calendar.
- Support prisoners where required around diversity and inclusion.
- Compling data eg, the complaint logs.
- Liaising with case investigators.
- Establishing trends and patterns from information received.
- Any other duties requested by line manager.
- Required to attend meetings where necessary.
- Maintaining all appropriate records and documentations
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in Administration
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
- Strong proficiency in spoken and written English is required
- You must have a strong communication, IT, and organizational skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and manage priorities.
- Commitment to confidentiality and inclusivity.
- Experience of working in a similar environment or role
- Health, social welfare, or voluntary sector experience
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Respects diversity always and is non-judgemental.
