THE ROLE
The Senior People Advisor will be working closely with the Head of People, managing the daily People Operations, and supporting the delivery of some critical People projects part of the short-term strategy during this exciting time of rapid business growth.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensuring HR database is accurate and up-to-date
- Supporting with the collation of payroll information
- Managing employee lifecycle communication
- Managing staff relationships, responding to any queries or problems that they have and managing their expectations
- Supporting with employee relations cases, where applicable
- Supporting with the review of People processes and creation of guidelines
- Supporting with the implementation of People projects (HRIS, recruitment guides, etc.)Uploading job descriptions on ATS and other recruitment platforms
- Advising hiring managers on the recruitment process and best practices
- Coordinating the appointment process for successful applicants (employment contract, onboarding documentation, RTW, etc)

Requirements
The Ideal Candidate will possess:
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- 4+ years of relevant experience in similar role
- Previous experience in rapidly growing businesses
Ability to form positive working-relationships with all stakeholders, and confidently advise employees and frontline managers on all people-related questions that arise
- Capability of assessing and analysing common human resources issues
- Excellent communication skills that can reach a diverse audience
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Positive team player with a can-do attitude and friendly approach
- Competent and confident working on various internal systems such as G-Suite
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- Must have the right to work in the UK
