We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Participation & Engagement Worker. This role is part of our Children, Young People, and Families (CYPF) Participation and Engagement team, with a strong focus on directly engaging with young people to enhance our social media presence and revitalizing the CYPMH website, www.mymind.org.uk

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage engaging content for our social media channels, with direct input from young people.
- Collaborate closely with the CYPF Participation and Engagement team to gather feedback and ideas directly from young people.
- Work with the CWP Communications team, incorporating young people's voices, to rebuild and enhance the MyMind.org.uk website.
- Write and publish blogs, articles, and updates with contributions from young people to keep the website content current and relevant.
- Engage directly with young people’s groups to capture their voices and ensure their input is reflected in our communications.
- Support the clinical teams in the creation of self-help and self-guided resources for the website with insights from young people.
Skills And Experience
- Strong communication and writing skills, particularly in engaging with young people.
- Experience in managing social media platforms and creating content that resonates with young people.
- Familiarity with website development and content management systems, incorporating young people's perspectives.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders, including young people.
- Passion for working with children and young people and understanding of their needs.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
