We are looking for Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging Intern. The internship will be located in our office in Hammersmith, England.

Role Description & Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, organizing, and executing Employee Resource Group (ERG) events and activities to foster an inclusive workplace culture
Working with the Executive Sponsor and DI&B Lead for Northern Europe on multiple Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging topics
Organising the DIB Calendar
Scheduling events
Owning the DIB Dashboard
Working with the Communications team

Qualifications:

An Ideal opportunity for a person who has strong organizational and project management skills and who also has a passion for DI&B topics
Creating diversity analytics to understand and track performance in the organisation, including legislative requirements
Celebrating diversity through organised events and awareness sessions
