Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Head of People and Senior Management to develop and implement the HR strategy across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, wellbeing initiatives, recruitment, and performance management.
Drive HR projects, including salary benchmarking, employee engagement, and talent management initiatives.
Act as a change agent, supporting business transformation in line with company objectives.
Proactively analyse HR data and trends to support strategic decision-making and improve HR systems.
Support training initiatives and coach managers on HR best practices, including performance management and legal matters.

Ideal Candidate

Proven track record in HR as an experienced Consultant or People Partner.
CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent.
Strong experience in HR strategy, with a focus on employee engagement, recruitment, and compliance.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to lead HR projects and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
