What we are looking for:

Resource / recruitment expertise.
Coordinating all onboarding activities.
Promote best practice, awareness and understanding of key regulations & compliance procedures, HR, government laws and standards, providing guidance & advice.
Cultivating positive & effective relationships with stakeholders and the supply chain.
Identification of key strategy, interfaces & timelines in line with project needs.
Maintaining and development of resource trackers & reports (PowerBI).
To support all administration relating to resourcing for Graduate and Apprenticeship programmes.
Assist with capability activities to include diversity & inclusion initiatives, security vetting, outreach programmes, onboarding campaigns / mobilization to site etc.
Ability to prioritise workload.
Enjoys and thrives on a challenge.
Innovative & solution focused.
Adaptable to changing work fronts, environments and challenging situations.

Qualifications:

Level 3 qualification or equivalent in HR or related subject.
