We’re seeking a People & Culture Advisor to join our client in Leeds, contributing to their culture transformation and overall strategic initiatives.

This role will report to the Culture Lead and collaborate closely with the senior HR leadership team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Building strong relationships across the business to influence and inspire change
Engaging stakeholders and colleagues at all levels to bring our people strategy to life
Championing EDI (Equity, Diversity & Inclusion) – not just ticking boxes, but driving real impact
Collaborating to identify and understand individual and group priorities related to EDI
Supporting the senior leadership team to drive a culture of engagement and inclusivity
Navigating fast-paced, evolving environments where agility and adaptability are key
Keeping multiple plates spinning while staying focused on the bigger picture
Embracing ambiguity – because the best plans evolve over time!

Package & Benefits:

18-month FTC (Full-Time)
Salary: c£40,000 - £45,000 per annum
Hybrid Working: Minimum 2 days per week in the office (Leeds)
Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays
