Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive talent strategy that aligns with The Dot Group's business goals
Lead talent acquisition efforts, including employer branding, recruitment marketing, and candidate outreach
Oversee employee onboarding processes to ensure a positive integration experience for new hires
Implement performance management systems that encourage employee growth and accountability
Design and facilitate leadership development programs to nurture future leaders within the organization
Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction through surveys and feedback mechanisms
Collaborate with other departments to anticipate talent needs and develop proactive workforce planning strategies

Requirements

Proven experience in a senior talent management or human resources role, preferably in the airlines or aviation sector
Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and employment branding
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
Demonstrated ability to create and implement effective talent development programs
