We are looking for a Group Inclusion & Diversity Manager to continue driving the operational delivery of our global I&D strategy. In this key role, you’ll work alongside stakeholders across regions and functions, embedding I&D initiatives across the business and ensuring they align with our goals and external benchmarks.
You’ll be partnering with our Group Head of Inclusion & Diversity to shape and evolve our global I&D priorities, ensuring a consistent and impactful approach to inclusion and diversity across the organisation. Your work will play a crucial part in supporting our ‘Culture and Capabilities’ enabler within our Accelerate+ strategy and enhancing our Employee Value Proposition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the Group’s I&D strategy, turning strategic priorities into actionable plans that create meaningful impact.
- Partner with regional People teams and business leaders to deliver I&D initiatives and communications that align with both global and local contexts.
- Lead our global I&D campaigns, including International Women’s Day, Cultural Diversity Day, and International Day of Persons with Disabilities.
- Develop and implement key I&D programmes focused on gender, culture and ethnicity, and disability, while building and supporting colleague communities.
- Drive initiatives that attract, retain, and advance diverse talent pipelines in line with our broader talent strategy.
- Support global I&D programmes such as Inclusive Leadership, Women into Leadership, and Aspire Programmes, with a focus on underrepresented groups.
- Use data insights to inform decision-making and identify opportunities to strengthen inclusion practices.
- Track and report progress on I&D objectives, ensuring compliance with external requirements and key metrics.
- Support our Sustainability Framework, especially within the People, Places, and Practices Pillars.
Skills & Experience:
- Knowledge of I&D principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Strong ability to analyse data and turn insights into measurable actions.
- Experience working across diverse geographies and cultures.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Self-starter with initiative, energy, and a track record of delivery.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to create engaging narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
