Position: People & Culture Manager
Location: London
Hybrid: 3 days in office and 2 WFH.
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000
JGA are partnering with a global travel industry leader seeking their next People & Culture Manager to drive their people strategy, foster a positive and high-performance culture, and support the professional development of their employees.
This role works closely with senior leadership to implement HR initiatives, provide expert guidance on employee relations, and champion wellbeing, diversity, and inclusion efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR initiatives that enhance employee experience and organizational goals.
- Advise on employment law, ensuring consistent application of policies.
- Partner with leaders, offering coaching and solutions to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and mentor the People & Culture team, supporting professional growth.
- Oversee employee engagement programs and workplace culture improvements.
- Administer and review company benefits, introducing new offerings where possible.
- Promote diversity, inclusion, and mental health initiatives across the business.
About You:
- Experience in a similar role with management responsibilities.
- Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Ability to lead HR processes, drive engagement strategies, and manage change.
- Problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- A proactive, team-focused approach.
