We are seeking a Programme Co-ordinator to join our professional and dynamic team, playing a key role within our Skills division.

Key Responsibilities
Supporting the recruitment, co-ordination and delivery of our Skills City and enterprise programmes including:
- Supporting the maintenance of programme management activities including tracking programmes activities, maintaining the CRM, collating feedback, outputs and outcomes.
- Outreach and liaison with relevant partners and organisations to ensure the successful curation of programmes that generate positive impacts across the UK.
- Supporting the organisation of programmes-related events.
- Undertaking market research to inform existing and future future partnerships and programmes opportunities.
- Identifying opportunities for growth and new programmes opportunities.
- Developing content and copy, such as flyers and impact reports, to help promote programmes to target audiences and other stakeholders.
- Identifying risks and opportunities for their mitigation.
- Strict adherence to compliance and quality assurance measures in line with IN4 Group, its partners' and funders' expectations.
