The Opportunity
As part of our Consultancy and Advisory offering we need an ESG Consultant to support our clients in their efforts to restructure and repurpose their businesses. This will address two key areas:
- Defining what ESG holistically means for their organisation; and
- Creating a structure and execution plan to develop central operational processes that support the reporting, track the progress, and establish strategic, consistent messaging of the organisation’s ESG progress and impact.
As a Consultant in ESG strategy you will need to be an exceptional communicator capable of crafting a concise narrative about where the client has been on its ESG journey, where it is now, how it measures success, and where the company plans to go over the next few years.

Requirements
You will be expected to help companies and businesses become more socially and environmentally responsible in how they operate. You'll need to advise on sustainable solutions for the often-conflicting needs of people, the environment, development and successful business. You will require proven experience in most of the following areas
- Drafting and building consensus for Investment strategies and reviewing policies and processes.
- Development and review of Net Zero strategies and advising on delivery plans.
- Integration of the key elements of ESG, including diversity and inclusion, into the investment lifecycle of an organisation’s products or services.
- Co-development of a Sustainability Reporting Framework (SRF) that meets the clients commitments to government and other 3rd parties.
- Ensuring all aspects of human well being are applied across the clients workforce including assessing the impact and application of AI.
