We’re looking for a proactive Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Manager to help embed ED&I and wellbeing across our global business. This role is all about action—designing and delivering initiatives that enhance employee experience, drive engagement, and foster a culture of belonging. You'll be at the heart of our transformation, working with teams across the business to make meaningful change happen.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Driving our ED&I and wellbeing strategy, ensuring every employee feels seen, heard, and supported.
- Partnering with leadership, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Development teams to create inclusive policies, training, and career development opportunities.
- Supporting and mentoring Employee Resource Groups, helping to amplify their voices and initiatives.
- Shaping recruitment practices to attract and retain diverse talent.
- Ensuring our internal communications reflect and promote our commitment to ED&I.
- Measuring impact—using data to track progress and refine our approach.
- Owning key reporting, including our ESG, gender, and ethnic pay gap reports.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in developing and delivering ED&I and wellbeing programmes.
- A strong understanding of global ED&I trends, best practices, and challenges.
- The ability to think strategically while being hands-on in execution.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills—you're a natural collaborator.
- Confidence with data, using insights to drive change.
- A passion for creating an inclusive and equitable workplace.
