Payment: £22,222 per annum full time equivalent (prorated for your 8-week internship)

About The Role
As a D&I Assistant Intern, you will work within the EDIB (Equality, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging) team at Cambridge University Press & Assessment, supporting the implementation of their Global EDIB Strategy.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Organising and administering EDIB activities/events, including supporting Global Staff Networks.
- Coordinating internal and external communication campaigns on EDIB and maintaining website/intranet content.
- Leading the coordination, administration, and promotion of EDIB events, seminars, and workshops.
- Producing regular EDIB reports to share insights.
- Assisting in the preparation of EDIB surveys and award submissions.
- Researching key areas of global EDIB and producing internal/external resources.
- Developing videos to promote EDIB, sharing stories from colleagues and key stakeholders.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of a global staff EDIB survey.
- Supporting key integration change programs, such as employee experience, hybrid working, policy reviews, recruitment, learning & development, health & safety, and well-being.
