We're looking for a Environmental & Sustainability Graduate to join our Construction team based in London.

What will you be responsible for?
As an Environmental & Sustainability Graduate, you will experience practical, hands-on experience in Construction. You will work on real projects, gain valuable industry insights, and develop essential skills to prepare for a successful career. This placement is ideal for you as a graduate to apply your academic knowledge in a dynamic, real-world setting.
Over the course of this 2-year graduate programme you will learn and develop your experience supporting the London business unit with its Carbon targets, working alongside our Environmental and Sustainability teams. You will engage in group learning activities and on the job development.
Your Day To Day Will Include
- Supporting the project operational teams with finding, implementing, and reporting low carbon initiatives relating to scope 1, 2 and 3.
- Building relationships with the operational teams and attending key operational meetings to help drive down carbon at key decision stages.
- Creating case studies that capture enough information for other sites to replicate and if successful be used as evidence to mandate.
- Building relationships with key subcontractors and provide training on a number of topics from client targets, progress and initiatives on trial.
How does the graduate scheme work?
When you join, you will be enrolled onto our graduate scheme. The programme will take 2 years to complete and has been designed to equip you with the skills you need to excel in your chosen profession and help you achieve professional membership or chartership.

What are we looking for?
We do not have any grade requirements, but we do ask that you have a degree in Environmental & Sustainability related subjects.
The role of Environmental & Sustainability Graduate is great for you if:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to write reports and deliver findings from them
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
