Our Ideal Candidate Will Also
- Possess:
Substantial experience in an HR Generalist, Manager, or Advi - sor role.Proven experience advising senior colleagues on critical people matters, including employee relations, hiring, and talent ma
- nagement.Expertise in HR specialisms such as engagement, recruitment, or
- C&B.Retail experience is a plus, especially in dynamic, change-driven envi
- ronments.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a strong wo
- rk ethic.A track record of ownership and delivering successful new ini
- tiatives.Analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to solve complex issues and make impactful recomme
- ndations.Project management experience with the ability to work cross-functionally to achieve
- outcomes.Strong commercial acumen, with a solid understanding of the drivers of a
- P&L.A flexible approach to managing workloads, thriving in a fast-paced environment with tight d
