Are you an Events Assistant looking for your next challenge? Mills & Reeve have an opportunity to join our high performing Marketing team in any of our UK offices.
The role
This is a multifaceted role working within the events team and as part of a larger marketing team. The events team is based across the Birmingham, Cambridge, London, Leeds, Manchester and Norwich offices. You'll report to the Events Manager and you'll work closely with the Event Executives/Managers, the Business Development team as well as the wider marketing team to deliver projects which facilitate firm growth. Other key relationships include: facilities, IT and executive support services teams. The role requires good project management, administration and communications skills.

The activities
- Co-ordinating and delivering support for Mills & Reeve events - rooms/venues, facilities, catering, printed materials, technology
- Co-ordinating and delivering support for virtual and on site events on behalf of the firm
- Attending events with the senior members to ensure smooth-running and troubleshoot as required
- Some early morning/late evening availability will be required along with travel to other offices and venues
- Creating and sending email communications to clients and targets through a range of IT systems. Managing timescales and planning for these mailings
- Updating information on the website and posting on behalf of the events team on social media
- Editing webinar/hybrid recordings post-event, posting on the firm's website and on socials as part of the BD process
- Manage responses and queries from event delegates, keeping the team leading the event informed and making sure they are prepared on the day
- Utilising the firm's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for data capture relating to client data
- Helping manage events merchandise and stock equipment
