Learning & Development Coordinator

About: Join a dynamic HR team at a leading international law firm, supporting with all people-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery of global learning programs, ensuring a positive experience for participants and facilitators.
- Supervise the Learning and Development administrator.
- Oversee the Learning and Development budget and invoicing process.
- Coordinate learning and development communications, keeping tools like Monday.com and the HR Intranet up to date.
- Oversee partner and employee onboarding processes and participate in welcome sessions.
- Create monthly reports on firm engagement in learning and ad hoc reports as requested.
- Coordinate the global professional qualification, membership, and external course process.
- Drive process improvements in the administration of learning and development programs.
