We have a rare and exciting opportunity to join our Employee Experience team, part of our wider Human Resources department. Working across all entities and based at the Red Bull Technology Campus in Milton Keynes, you’ll be supporting the Employee Experience Manager with the delivery of progressive plans centred around a large variety of Employee Engagement and Wellbeing topics.
Some key activities for this Employee Experience Partner include:
- Creation and implementation of initiatives that will support our Diversity & Inclusion plans and the goals of our team.
- Supporting our key work across Employee Engagement and Wellness
- Making sound well thought out business cases supported by data and evidence for the benefit of our people agenda.
- Working closely with HR Operations, Internal Communications and other key stakeholders (internally and externally) as needed to make change happen and drive engagement.
To be successful in this Employee Experience Partner position, you’ll bring related HR experience, with a passion and knowledge for Wellbeing, Employee Engagement and Diversity & Inclusion. You'll bring an innovative mind-set coupled with a pragmatic approach to delivering Employee Experience work and activities.
