Here at the Royal United Hospitals Bath, we are working to make a real difference to the lives of people in our community and we strive to create an environment where everyone matters.
This is your opportunity to make a difference as you will be pivotal in the provision of a pro-active, professional service for all recruitment activity in the Trust. You will lead recruitment pathways from attraction right through to the end of a new joiners first year.
Recently, nominated for two HR Excellence Awards for our recruitment transformation and strategy work; we’re on a journey to realise our vision of being a top employer where our people recommend us as a place to work. This role plays a key part in setting up our new people for success with a seamless onboarding experience.
You will be the subject matter expert in developing innovative recruitment strategies and embedding our employee value proposition to attract top talent whilst consistently delivering a positive recruitment experience to our customers.
Relishing a challenge, this is an opportunity to work in a fast paced environment where you will drive compliance through a data driven lens using key performance indicators and production of weekly and monthly reporting to evaluate our user experience. As an individual you will possess a strong ability to collaborate with internal and external partners to create the conditions for successful partnership working.
To succeed you will have significant experience in leading a customer focused recruitment service including developing and changing working practices. You’ll have in-depth knowledge of UK employment legislation with expertise in recruitment best practice. Additionally, you will have a high level of analytical skills and the ability to think and plan strategically, tactically and creatively whilst adjusting plans and resource requirements accordingly.
