Our Ideal Candidate Will Also

Possess:
Substantial experience in an HR Generalist, Manager, or Advi
sor role.Proven experience advising senior colleagues on critical people matters, including employee relations, hiring, and talent ma
nagement.Expertise in HR specialisms such as engagement, recruitment, or
C&B.Retail experience is a plus, especially in dynamic, change-driven envi
ronments.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a strong wo
rk ethic.A track record of ownership and delivering successful new ini
tiatives.Analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to solve complex issues and make impactful recomme
ndations.Project management experience with the ability to work cross-functionally to achieve
outcomes.Strong commercial acumen, with a solid understanding of the drivers of a
P&L.A flexible approach to managing workloads, thriving in a fast-paced environment with tight d
eadlines.Proven ability to build relationships and influence decisions across levels and functions of an orga

nization.
