Frazer Jones is proud to partner with a leading Financial Services firm on an exciting opportunity to recruit a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join their dynamic global HR team.
The Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you’ll support the recruitment process for multiple international locations, including London and EMEA regions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment, from defining hiring strategies to onboarding.
- Leading graduate and early careers programs, including building relationships with universities and driving diversity initiatives.
- Enhancing processes and improving systems to deliver an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
About You:
You’re an experienced recruitment professional, ideally with exposure to IT and international hiring, who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach are essential.
