Deputy Head of People and Culture – Mental Health Care Group
Band 7 / 8a Progression Role
We are pleased to be advertising for a Deputy Head of People and Culture within our Mental Health Services Care Group.
This is a progression role, and we welcome applications from experienced HR Practitioners who are passionate about making a difference to our people and our patients and whose values align with our Trust.
The role will support and work closely with the Head of People and Culture, within our People and Culture Directorate but with responsibility of providing support to the Mental Health Care Group.
Whilst line managed within the People and Culture Directorate, as a HR business partner, the successful postholder will be required to develop strong relationships with operational managers and within the services they support as well across the People and Culture Directorate.

The post holder will play a key role in supporting the Head of People and Culture within the Mental Health Care Group to deliver against Our People Plan and the Care Group priorities, as well as undertaking specific project and areas of work as delegated by the Head of People and Culture for the Mental Health Care Group.
