About The Role:
This is a new and unique role for us, we have an outline of what this role will look like but you'll have the opportunity to come in and work with our Head of People and Lead People Partner to define how our team brings value to the business, creates a leading employee experience and helps us achieve our business goals.
You will own key features of the employee experience including L&D yet, be hands on with team health and performance based support.
About you:
You have demonstrated experience as a People Partner looking to take on your next challenge. You're an excellent communicator and build trust easily. You have experience implementing people initiatives that improve people experience and streamline processes; we design for the organisation. You have a solid understanding of employment law but you'll apply this knowledge in a human centred way. You're competent with data and adept at balancing the art and science of topics like engagement & team health. You have a keen interest in L&D and are excited about the prospect of building a strong EVP that attracts and retains top talent in a consulting environment.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will look like this:
The cliché of no day is the same 👀, but really it isn't; this is a varied role and depending on where we are in the year, you're focuses will differ.
People Partnering
- Staffing: You'll have a deep understanding of your stakeholder groups and partner with our Client Partner team to manage staffing needs.
- Engagement: You'll build engagement across your stakeholder groups by partnering with our Lead People Partner on engagement formats. You'll review data to draw insights and build engagement plans.
- Talent: As the expert of your stakeholder group you'll facilitate and input into talent conversations ensuring we have the right skills and capabilities to meet our business objectives and service our clients need.
Learning and Development
- As one of our key areas of our EVP you'll develop a strong, market leading L&D strategy that support individual growth and business success.
- In partnership with our Head of People, you'll build a programme that develops our Managers to build a happy, healthy and thriving organisation.
Hub Responsibilities
- You'll be a go-to people contract for our London hub. We're remote first but have a small office in London.
You'll have the following skills and experience:
- Experience as a People Partner in at least one prior role
- Experience in developing successful Learning and Development strategies with proven ROI
- A solid HR background and grip on UK Employment Law (ideally with a CIPD qualification)
- Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills
- Strong data literacy and ability to draw insights from data
- Passionate about developing people
- Highly organised
- Good influencing skills
- Experience in scaling a fast-growing company
