As our first DE&I Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our DE&I strategy across the firm, enabling us to drive meaningful change that aligns with our business goals, values and regulatory responsibilities.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll lead the development and delivery of a DE&I strategy that aligns with the firm's culture, size, and business goals. This includes auditing current policies and practices to identify both strengths and areas for improvement. A core part of your role will be setting measurable goals, defining KPIs,and reporting quarterly to the Management Board on progress.
Working closely with the People & Culture team, you'll help review and refine policies to embed equity and inclusion across recruitment, onboarding, development and progression. In collaboration with our Head of Talent Acquisition, you'll support inclusive hiring and help grow diverse talent pipelines.
You'll also working closely with our Head of People Development to raise awareness through training, delivering sessions on topics such as bias awareness, allyship, and inclusive leadership, while supporting managers to embed inclusive practices day to day.
Playing an active role in supporting our internal employee-led network 'ENGAGE' will also form a large part of your remit.
What We're Looking For
You'll be someone who can combine data-led thinking with emotional intelligence and inspire confidence at every level of the business. You'll bring proven experience in developing and delivering DE&I strategies within a professional services or corporate environment, along with a strong understanding of DE&I principles, frameworks, and relevant legislation.
You'll have the analytical skills to interpret data and translate it into meaningful insights and actions. Your ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders will be key, as will your communication skills — both written and verbal. And any active roles you've played on internal networks will give your application a distinct advantage.
You'll be empathetic, collaborative and confident navigating complex conversations, committed to creating a culture of inclusion and belonging. Most important will be your passion for driving cultural change and making a meaningful difference through your work.

Covid demonstrated our ability to work effectively as a business from home whilst still maintaining the culture we hold so dear, resulting in the adoption of a hybrid model of office and home working. We try to be flexible and agile in the way we work. For this opportunity you'll be expected to work from our modern and recently refurbished Bristol office around two or three days a week.
