Role: People Partner
Location: Bristol
Hybrid: one day a week - can consider anyone that is happy to commute (additional office in London)
Salary: Β£75,000 - Β£85,000 + options
Hawkwood are currently searching for an experienced People Partner on behalf of our high growth client with their HQ in Bristol. This role is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments and enjoys working closely with leadership to shape and implement effective people strategies. They drive a hybrid model and will only require one day a week in the Bristol office.
As they scale, they are in need of a strategic and hands-on People Partner who can support Directors and Leadership Team in building a strong, engaged workforce. Youβll play a key role in organisational design, workforce planning, leadership development, and employee experience, ensuring that they have the right people and structure in place, to support accelerated growth.
π What will you be doing?π
- Strategic People Partnering β Work closely with leadership to align people strategies with business objectives
- Leadership Development β Coach and support managers in developing their teams and driving performance
- Employee Experience β Champion initiatives that enhance engagement, retention, and well-being
- Organisational Design & Change Management β Support structural changes, scaling efforts, and talent planning
- Diversity & Inclusion β Drive initiatives that create an inclusive and equitable workplace
- Data-Driven Decision-Making β Use insights and analytics to inform people strategies
- Collaboration β Work alongside Talent, Learning & Development, and HR specialists to ensure a seamless employee experience
What Weβre Looking For:
βͺ Proven experience as a People Partner in a fast-paced environment (tech, engineering, manufacturing, or similar)
βͺ Strong stakeholder management skills β able to influence and advise at all levels
βͺ Experience leading people-focused change initiatives in growing organisations
βͺ A mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution β comfortable working in a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous setting
βͺ Commercial awareness and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance business needs with a people-first approach
