We are looking for a Community Involvement and Partnership lead to join the Trust's innovative and dynamic Experience of Care and Inclusion team.
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong and demonstrable record of working with people and communities and an understanding of the important role experts by experience and volunteers play as partners in designing and delivering care.

You will be an enabler for change, influential, a pusher of boundaries, an expert in the field. You will be an ambassador for the effective and impactful involvement of a diverse community of people and communities across our healthcare services.
To lead the Trust’s approach to working with people and communities with a portfolio of:
- Integrating the involvement of patients, carers and community partners who have lived experience in service and organisational developments as standard practice at UHBW, as lead for the relevant objectives within the Experience of Care Strategy
- Leading the development, growth and impact of the volunteering service in line with the Trust’s Volunteer Strategy
- Developing effective and reciprocal community partnerships with the Voluntary and Community Sector (VCSE) together with the Health Equity & Inclusion Manager to build a better understanding of the needs and experiences of the diverse communities that UHBW serves.
