My client, an award winning, specialist, global firm, are recruiting for a Senior Diversity & Inclusion Advisor on a permanent basis. This role is a fantastic opportunity within a forward-thinking law firm.
The Senior Diversity & Inclusion Advisor will report directly into the D&I Manager and will play a big part in helping the firm become a global and innovative leader for D&I.
The Key Duties Will Include
- Deliver high performing and high impact diversity and inclusion programmes.
- Oversee and be the key point of contact for all UK and EMEA based diversity networks and committees, ensuring plans and activity are aligned with broader strategic objectives of the team.
- Act as a subject matter expert for all D&I networks globally and contribute to the on-going development and execution of the D&I strategy.
- Directly engage with clients in respect of D&I, support client relationship teams, and respond to pitching requests.
- Measure and evaluate the impact of our D&I programmes.
- Working closely with the D&I Manager APAC, take the lead responsibility for the delivery of Thrive, our Global Mental Health strategy (including integration of our global How We Work guidelines) in the West.
- Build and manage relationships with partner organisations in the Mental Health and Wellbeing space.
The Senior Diversity & Inclusive Advisor will have some previous experience within a dedicated diversity role ideally within a professional services environment. They will have a core understanding of market trends and will have a solid knowledge of relevant legislations. The right candidate will be a collaborative and motivated person who can engage and supervise others effectively. They must be able to influence stakeholders and will have a genuine passion for D&I.
