About the role
At Bumble, we are journeying to build a best-in-class Talent Acquisition function. We seek to reshape our TA team by introducing a sourcing function that will report directly to the Sourcing Manager. As a Talent Sourcer, you will be pivotal in delivering and supporting the Engineering and Product hiring to an exceptionally high standard.
We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and building relationships with top talent to meet the company’s hiring goals. You will focus on creating talent pipelines, leveraging diverse sourcing strategies, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
What you'll doUse innovative sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, social media, job boards, and other tools, to identify and engage passive candidatesDevelop and maintain talent pipelines for critical Engineering and Product roles and future hiring needsPartner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and build comprehensive sourcing strategiesInitiate contact with potential candidates through personalised outreach and engaging communicationsBuild relationships with prospective talent, serving as the first point of contact for our organisationEnsure a seamless and positive candidate experience from initial contact through the handoff to the recruiterImplement sourcing strategies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the hiring processBuild partnerships with diverse networks, professional organisations, and communitiesConduct market mapping and competitive intelligence to stay informed about talent trends and availabilityShare insights on talent market conditions to influence recruiting strategiesTrack and analyse sourcing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and optimise approachesMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of sourcing activities in the ATS.
About you3+ years of experience in talent sourcingExtensive experience and market reach through your networks for Product and Engineering talent. Proven expertise in sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights CRM systems, ATS, and Boolean searchStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectivelyFamiliarity with employment laws and best practices in talent acquisitionPassion for talent acquisition and a commitment to fostering an inclusive workplaceResults-driven with a focus on delivering high-quality candidates and service
