Hyde is looking to recruit a Programme Manager.
The purpose of this role is to act as the primary relationship manager for strategic partnerships with the Greater London Authority (GLA) and Homes England (HE), ensuring the successful documentation and delivery of affordable housing projects in compliance with public funding agreements and regulatory standards. The Programme Manager will also oversee risk management, programme reporting, and governance to align development initiatives with Hyde's strategic objectives.

Duties of a Programme Manager
- Act as the primary relationship manager for the GLA and HE, ensuring compliance with grant agreements.
- Oversee the maintenance and updates of OPS and IMS systems and coordinate audits.
- Provide regular progress reports to internal boards and the Senior Leadership Team.
- Manage risks and issues within the development programme and propose mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and deliver reporting for business planning, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders.
- Ensure governance standards and policies are adhered to across all programmes and projects.
Skills and Experience Required
- Proven experience in building and managing strategic partnerships with public agencies or regulatory bodies.
- Previous experience with housing associations, local government, or similar organisations.
- Strong understanding of IMS and OPS systems and their operation.
- Effective project and risk management skills with a track record of delivering successful outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Competence in analysing data and presenting actionable recommendations.
