The Role
We're on the hunt for an ambitious and experienced Talent Coordinator to support our rapidly expanding organisation for a period of 6 months. As a member of the Prolific Talent Team, you'll support us in creating an amazing candidate experience and improve how we attract new hires.
You will be a key point of contact for candidates, recruiters and hiring managers during the sourcing and interview process. Ensuring our recruitment experience is efficient, effective and enjoyable throughout should be a real passion of yours.
What you'll do
- Support and coordinate all recruitment activities, including scheduling and managing candidate interviews.
- Track, update and manage candidate information on our applicant tracking system, Greenhouse (understanding of GDPR with the candidate's contact details).
- Manage candidate pipelines for multiple roles simultaneously, ensuring a streamlined recruitment process and providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the interview process.
- Continuously seek to improve existing processes, identifying opportunities to streamline ways of working, creating process guides and templates to improve our candidate experience.
- Work closely with the talent team on reporting and tracking key hiring metrics.
- Collaborate with the people operations team to ensure a best in class transition from candidate to employee.
What you'll bring
- Prior experience in an administration or coordinator role in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiar with ATS systems (preferably Greenhouse).
- A continuous improvement mindset, always looking for ways to be more efficient and effective.
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, with high work standards and a stickler for details.
- Experience coordinating/managing interview processes involving senior stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience in candidate sourcing.
- Experience in candidate application screening.
- Experience in gathering and analysing hiring data.
